The Shaftesbury Theatre is a versatile space able to host a whole range of events during weekdays and on Mondays. We can accommodate large scale conferences, with breakout areas, and host one off performances. Additionally our bar spaces are ideal for small meetings and parties.

Conferences, Parties and Events

The splendour of the Shaftesbury Theatre is an ideal setting for your conference, party, seminar or product launch. With the ability to seat up to 1,300 people on three levels we offer an unparalleled flexibility to hosting meetings, conferences and much more. The main auditorium is a comfortable space for 200 or more delegates with each level having an adjacent bar space where we are able to offer a food and drinks service. Alternatively, for smaller meetings or conferences one of the bars can be configured in either theatre or boardroom style. Whether it is a large scale event or a simple modest meeting we will work with you to ensure that the space and service matches your needs perfectly.

We can offer VIP receptions during the day, before the show or after a wonderful evening in the Theatre and always delight in making your event very special. Our range of spaces, varied menus, quality drinks and exceptional staff give you all the ingredients to make your party one that is remembered and for all the right reasons. Performances at the Shaftesbury

The Theatre can be hired for one off performances on Mondays and, occasionally, during the week. Sitting on top of the current main production your event benefits from state of the art equipment and access to some of the finest technical talents in the West End. Our teams will work with you to make sure that your special performance is presented to the highest professional standards. Cabaret, comedy, opera or drama all types of performance fit comfortably on to the Shaftesbury stage. Television production, photographic work and radio productions have all been seen at the Shaftesbury. So, with a broad range of experience the Theatre is able to customise itself to your individual production needs.
