If you choose to print your tickets at home, please use the following instructions.
NB: This process works from a computer attached to a printer. Unfortunately you will be unable to print from a mobile phone or tablet.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
If you were unable to print the tickets at the end of the booking process;
- Click ‘My Account’ in the top right of the home page
- Enter your email address and password
- Next page under ‘Bookings’ select ‘Previous Bookings’
- Select the reference number of the booking you wish to print and then click ‘print ticket’
TELEPHONE BOOKINGS
If you called us to make a booking you will have received an email with a link to print your tickets. If you are able to follow this link the tickets are waiting for you. If you have mislaid the email or the link does not work please follow the instructions below;
- Click ‘My Account’ in the top right of the home page
- Click “Forgotten password” and enter your email address. This will be sent to you straight away and you will now be able to access your account.
- Once you have accessed your account look under ‘Bookings’ and select ‘Previous Bookings’
- Select the reference number of the booking you wish to print and then click ‘Print Ticket’.
Once you have printed the tickets you can access your seats as soon as the doors open half an hour prior to the performance without queueing at the Box Office.
What time does the Box Office open?
The Theatre’s Box Office is currently open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7:30pm.
Do you accept Theatre Tokens?
Yes we both accept and sell UK Theatre tokens.
When will my tickets be posted out to me?
Tickets are usually posted out two working days after the booking is made. If the booking is for a performance less than two weeks away then the tickets will instead be held at the Box Office for collection.
When can I collect my Care Of the Box Office tickets?
Tickets can be collected from the Box Office the following day after making your booking.
I have lost my tickets what can I do?
Please bring identification and some proof of purchase and duplicate tickets can be printed for you at the Box Office on the night.
I have forgotten to print my print at home tickets what can I do?
As above please bring identification and proof of purchase and your tickets can be printed for you at the Box Office on the night.
Can I upgrade my seats on the night?
On certain performances seat upgrades may be available on the night from the Box Office.
Why am I charged a restoration levy?
The restoration levy contributes to the ongoing upkeep and improvement of this beautiful listed theatre. Projects such as our award winning new fly tower would not have been possible without the introduction of this levy and it helps to ensure the venue’s future as a place for first class entertainment in the West End.
Since booking my tickets my needs have changed owing to an injury, can I change my tickets?
Please contact the Box Office directly on 0207 379 5399 and we will do our best to accommodate your new requirements.
Do I need ID to collect my tickets?
Please bring with you the card you used to purchase the tickets if collecting them from the Box Office.
Is there a dress code for this show?
There is no specific dress code for the show but smart casual is fine.
