& JULIET at the Shaftesbury Theatre

We look forward to welcoming audiences back into theatres as soon as performances can safely resume.

Performances of & JULIET have previously been cancelled up until the 6th June.

We are now extending those cancellations until Sunday 28 June, in accordance with many other West End Theatres.

This does not mean theatres will reopen on 29 June; if further cancellations are necessary they will continue to be announced on a rolling basis. The reopening date for & JULIET is under constant review and will be finalised as soon as possible in line with government advice and guidelines.

Ticketholders for affected performances do not need to do anything. They will be contacted by the organisation from which they bought their tickets to arrange a refund. If you would prefer to exchange your ticket for another performance, please get in touch with your point of purchase. If you bought your ticket through the Shaftesbury Theatre box office (through the website, phone or in person) and would like an exchange, please contact boxoffice@shaftesburytheatre.com.

We are grateful to customers for the patience they are showing during this challenging time for our industry. It’s a major undertaking to process refunds and exchanges, particularly when many staff are working remotely. Please rest assured that we are all working as quickly as we can and we appreciate the on-going support of our audiences.
