Ticketing Update from Shaftesbury Theatre
All of us at the Shaftesbury Theatre are looking forward to when we can safely welcome back our audiences to see & JULIET on our stage.
To give our customers clarity and help us operationally, we have been cancelling performances on a rolling month by month basis since the start of lockdown. We are now extending our cancellations until Friday 4 September.
If you would like to exchange your ticket for another performance, please get in touch with your point of purchase. If you bought your ticket through the Shaftesbury Theatre box office (through the website, phone or in person) and would like an exchange, please contact boxoffice@shaftesburytheatre.com or call 02073795399 between 10 and 4 Monday – Friday.
This is a very difficult time for the Shaftesbury Theatre and for the company of & JULIET and so we would like to ask you to consider exchanging your ticket for a later performance rather than requesting a refund.
Ticketholders who would like a refund for affected performances do not need to do anything. They will be contacted by the organisation from which they bought their tickets to arrange a refund, or a refund may be made automatically.
We will continue to work with the Society of London Theatre on a plan for reopening, which will be made based on government and scientific advice on gatherings and events.
We are grateful to our customers for the continued patience and kindness they are showing during this challenging time for our industry. It is a major undertaking to process refunds and exchanges, particularly when many staff are working remotely. Please rest assured that we are all working as quickly as we can, and we appreciate your continued support and understanding.
