The situation around the closure of West End Theatre is changing rapidly. Because of new information provided by the Society of London Theatre, we are amending our previous statement about ticket refunds and exchanges. Please see the amended statement below.
We are so sorry that in these testing and difficult times you are not able to enjoy a performance of & JULIET. We are cancelling all performances until June 6th 2020, whilst we wait for further clarity from the government.
If you have booked to come and see one of these performances, you are eligible to exchange your ticket to a date beyond June 6th or receive a refund.
If you have booked via The Shaftesbury Theatre (our Website, Phone or Counter Sale) and would like to exchange your tickets please email our box office on email@example.com before the performance you were attending. Refunds are being actioned automatically in a chronological order on or around the performance date you booked for.We ask for your patience and understanding with this process.
This is a very difficult time for the Shaftesbury Theatre and for the company of & JULIET. Because of this, we would like to ask you to strongly consider exchanging your ticket for a later performance rather than requesting a refund. Thank you.

Please do not contact your credit card company as that will slow the process down and put an additional burden on our box office teams.
In order for us to serve our audiences the best we can, please do not get in touch with your point of sale if you have booked for performances after June 6th. Please be reassured that if we have to cancel future performances you will be directly contacted by us or your ticket provider.
