Our Safety Measures
Our enhanced cleaning means all surfaces are treated with Nordicchem Antimicrobial coating to reduce viral and bacterial contamination.
The recently installed ventilation system provides:
100% fresh air drawn in at roof level
Fresh air to the auditorium throughout the day and evening
Fresh air to all toilets in the building at all times, day and night
All staff will be wearing face masks to protect both our customers and themselves.
All purchases are cashless at our bars and merchandise counter. Please bring a contactless card with you.
Our security team undertake contact-free security checks; please help by only bringing one small bag with you to the performance. There are no cloakroom facilities.
When you visit the Theatre we ask you to take the following steps to keep you as safe as possible:
Everyone must bring proof of either double vaccination, a recent negative lateral flow test or natural immunity. This will be subject to random checking. This is easily done:
If you are fully vaccinated, at least 14 days prior to your performance date, you can use the NHS Covid Pass available using the NHS App, or any international recognised equivalent. Alternatively, you can request a NHS Covid Pass letter online at nhs.uk. Please allow at least 5 days for delivery of your letter.
Your Lateral Flow Test must be taken within 48 hours prior to the performance time and proof can be presented by using the NHS App or an email or text message from NHS Test and Trace.
Natural Immunity, based on a positive PCR test taken during the 180 days prior to the performance can be shown through the NHS Covid Pass available using the NHS App.
We ask customers to wear a face covering at all times, unless you are eating/drinking items purchased at the Theatre or are medically exempt. If you have a medical exemption, please speak to a member of staff as you enter the Theatre and they will provide you with an exemption badge.
Please wash or sanitise your hands frequently. There are sanitising stations throughout the building and toilets on all levels.
Please follow the designated routes throughout the Theatre. This helps you distance from others whilst being mindful of the space that they require.
Drinks and snacks will either be delivered to your seats or can be purchased from one of our bars.
All drinks and snacks can only be consumed whilst in your seat.
If you feel ill during the performance, please contact a member of our staff who will accompany you to the foyer.
If you or anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid-19, you should not attend the Theatre. If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, particularly a persistent cough, elevated temperature or loss of sense of taste or smell, you should not attend the Theatre. Please get in touch with the Box Office at email@example.com to exchange your tickets.
Your booking will be for a specific date and time. Customers are eligible to exchange their ticket free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the performance. Please contact the Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org if this applies to you.
