With all brands offering an impressive track record on quality and sustainability, the Theatre is dedicated to providing locally-sourced, unique food and drinks for all its future guests.
BrewDog is on the way to producing zero operational emissions by 2023, which will make them one of the largest carbon-negative brewers in the world. As a certified B-Corp, BrewDog’s dedication to reducing their carbon footprint is clear. In 2020, they purchased 9,308 acres of land in the Scottish Highlands, with the aim of creating a native, bio-diverse broadleaf woodland to reduce the carbon in our atmosphere.
Whitley Neill is the UK’s number one premium gin. With ingredients sourced from all over the world, they are able to craft distinctive and intriguing spirits. Halewood, the parent company responsible for Whitley Neill, are signed up to a five year plan with INENCO Business Utility and Sustainability Consultancy to minimise their carbon footprint and reduce energy usage.
