Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or just treating yourself to a special night, we offer a range of VIP experiences which you can add to any of our tickets to enhance your visit to The Shaftesbury.

VIP Experiences in the Taffner Suite

The Taffner Suite is our exclusive space for VIP guests to enjoy pre-show and during the interval, with a dedicated hospitality host. The Suite also offers private bathroom facilities and secure storage for your belongings during the show.

With all our VIP experiences, you can take full advantage of your time at the Shaftesbury; by avoiding queues and accessing a stylish suite with a private bar.

Ruby Experience

£40 per guest

Includes:

A table for your party in the Taffner Suite.
A pre-show and interval drink – alcoholic and soft options available.
A snack of your choice from the Theatre’s selection.
Complimentary programme.

Sapphire Experience

£80 per guest

Includes:

A reserved table in the Taffner Suite for your group.
Half a bottle of our house Champagne, per person – or equivalent drinks.
Olives and honey glazed almonds as well as flatbread and hummus.
A sweet or savoury snack of your choice.
A traditional ice-cream at the interval.
Complimentary programme.

Private Parties in the Ray Cooney Room

The Ray Cooney Room is our private hospitality suite located on the Royal Circle level, with a bar and configurable seating. Perfect for entertaining or celebrations for parties for up to twenty guests. Our Princes Package allow you to keep your night exclusive while enjoying a West End show in style.

The Princes Package can be added on to any combination of tickets. A preferential rate on our premium seats in the Royal Circle is available for groups of 10+. Please contact boxoffice@shaftesburytheatre.com.

Princes Package

£275 per show – maximum 20 guests

Includes:

Private hire of the Ray Cooney Room for you and your guests from an hour and a half before the show, during the interval, and throughout the performance to store belongings.
Dedicated host and private bar to purchase from, featuring our Premium Bar Menu.
Olives, honey glazed almonds and crisps of your choice on arrival.
Two bottles of Taittinger champagne (750 ml) or equivalent drinks.

Select yours when purchasing your tickets, or call the Box Office on 020 7379 5399 to add them to your booking. Once purchased, you will receive a voucher via email to show when picking up your treats from our bars.
